There is no secret. Frank and I set goals and we achieved them. We had no idea what we were doing initially, but we learned as we went along. You live and you learn. I’m thankful everyday for the success Metal Injection has brought me both professionally and personally. 

I never thought about writing an autobiography but uh, if there is a publisher willing to put it out, and somebody to help me write it, I’m in!

I had a stoned idea once to create an app that tells you where in the world it’s 4:20.

I teamed up with my buddy Mike Keller (meekismurder.com), who developed it, but unfortunately Apple rejected the idea. BOO! Today, I stumbled upon these mockups I created for what would’ve been a super useful app. Since this never went anywhere, I thought I’d share.

The Silent Circus is my favorite album because that’s the one where I originally discovered the band. I miss their old sound, but understand that they’ve evolved. I actually really enjoy the new album, and yes, moreso than Colors.

We won’t ever do the Livecast as a video podcast, because we think some of the fun is leaving our “voices” up to your imagination, especially when Darren does impersonations.
